1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "pg999," "we," "us," or "the Platform" refers to the pg999 online gaming platform and the entity operating it under its international gaming licence.
• "You" or "Player" means any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses any part of the pg999 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means a registered player account on pg999, accessed via the pg999 Login page using a unique username and password.
• "Funds" means PKR amounts deposited into, held in, or withdrawn from a Player's pg999 account.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback offer, or other non-cash incentive credited to a Player's account by pg999.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus or deposit must be wagered before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an Account on pg999, by completing any deposit, by placing any wager, or by using any feature of the platform in any way, you represent and warrant that:

• You have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them;
• You have read and accept the pg999 Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy;
• You meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 of these Terms;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, employee, or representative of any third party;
• All information you provide to pg999 is accurate, complete, and current.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pg999. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments.

3 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use pg999, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration;
• Not be a resident of or located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of accessing the platform;
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction;
• Not be subject to any self-exclusion or cooling-off period currently active on your pg999 account or any other gaming platform operating under the same licensing body;
• Not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of pg999 or any of its affiliated entities, technology providers, or game suppliers.

pg999 reserves the right to request proof of identity and age at any time. Acceptable documentation includes a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by pg999 will result in the suspension of the Account and withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

4 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) active Account on pg999 at any time. Maintaining multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. pg999 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void all transactions, bonuses, and winnings associated with them.

When registering an Account, you agree to:

• Provide your full legal name, a valid Pakistani mobile number, a valid email address, and a date of birth that accurately reflects your actual age;
• Create a secure, unique password for your pg999 login that is not shared with any other online service;
• Keep your Account credentials strictly confidential and not disclose them to any third party under any circumstances;
• Notify pg999 immediately via live chat or email if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account;
• Update your account information promptly if any of it changes, including your registered Pakistani mobile number used for OTP-based verification.

pg999 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account login credentials or your failure to notify pg999 of suspected unauthorised access in a timely manner.

5 Deposits & Payments

pg999 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 unless a specific promotion specifies a different minimum.

• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are credited to your pg999 account instantly in most cases. Delays beyond ten (10) minutes should be reported to support with proof of the transaction.
• pg999 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which pg999 bears no responsibility.
• pg999 reserves the right to apply additional security checks before crediting large deposits or deposits from payment methods not previously used on the Account.
• Deposits made into a pg999 Account are non-refundable once wagering activity has commenced, unless required by applicable law or determined otherwise at pg999's sole discretion.
• pg999 does not accept deposits from credit cards issued by financial institutions subject to gambling transaction restrictions.

All funds deposited into a pg999 Account are held in segregated player trust accounts, separate from pg999's operational funds. This ensures that player balances are protected in the event of business disruption.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your pg999 account are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000 per transaction. Maximum withdrawal limits are set at the account level and communicated in your account settings.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the identity documents on file with pg999. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• All active Bonus balances and their associated Wagering Requirements must be satisfied before the relevant funds become eligible for withdrawal. Withdrawing before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the Bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• pg999 may require satisfactory completion of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification — including submission of CNIC, proof of address, and proof of payment method — before processing any withdrawal request. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification will not have withdrawal requests processed.
• Standard JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals to HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Allied Bank are typically processed within the same business day.
• pg999 reserves the right to delay a withdrawal for up to 72 hours if additional security verification is required, particularly for large amounts or accounts flagged for unusual activity.
• USDT TRC20 withdrawals are processed on-chain. The player is responsible for providing the correct wallet address. pg999 is not liable for funds sent to an incorrect address provided by the player.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

pg999 offers various promotions to registered players, including but not limited to: welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, free bets, cashback offers, and VIP tier rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

The following general rules apply to all pg999 bonuses unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players who have completed account registration and email/mobile verification.
• Each eligible player may claim each promotional offer once only. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through new account registrations or use of different payment methods constitutes bonus abuse.
• Wagering Requirements must be met within the validity period of the Bonus. Bonuses that expire before their Wagering Requirements are satisfied will be removed from the account along with any winnings generated from them.
• pg999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification does not retroactively affect bonuses already accepted and actively subject to a Wagering Requirement.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a bonus, the pg999 decision shall be final and binding.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts and have no cash value until Wagering Requirements are fully satisfied.

8 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the pg999 platform — including slots, live dealer table games, crash games, fishing games, and sports betting markets — are subject to the following rules:

• The outcome of all casino games at pg999 is determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels) visible on the live stream. pg999 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical error, malfunction, or interrupted connection during a game round, pg999 reserves the right to void the relevant game round and refund the wager amount. Where game state is recoverable, the game will resume from the last verifiable state.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pg999 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading identity information at any point during registration, verification, or support interactions;
• Registering or maintaining more than one Account on pg999;
• Accessing pg999 from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other method of obfuscating your true location for the purpose of circumventing access restrictions;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or any other criminal activity using pg999 as a vehicle;
• Using any software, bot, script, algorithm, or automated system to interact with the pg999 platform in a manner not sanctioned by pg999;
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors in game logic, or incorrect odds in bad faith rather than reporting them to pg999 support;
• Colluding with other players in live games, chip-dumping in poker formats, or engaging in any cooperative activity designed to circumvent the normal operation of pg999 games;
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive communication with pg999 support staff or other players;
• Attempting to charge back deposits through your payment provider after wagering has commenced.

10 Intellectual Property

All content available on pg999 — including but not limited to the platform design, software, game interfaces, trademarks, logos, graphics, text, and game content — is the intellectual property of pg999 or its licensed third-party suppliers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or licence to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any pg999 intellectual property without express written consent from pg999.

You may not scrape, frame, or deep-link to any part of the pg999 platform, or use pg999 branding in any manner that suggests affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship without written authorisation. Violations of this clause will be subject to all available legal remedies.

11 Responsible Gaming

pg999 is committed to responsible gaming. We provide tools that allow players to manage and control their gambling activity. These tools are available in your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps on your Account. Once set, limits take effect immediately. Increases to limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, your Account cannot be accessed and no deposits can be made.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and prevent re-registration for a minimum period. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pg999 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of data, loss of profits, loss of revenue, or loss of opportunity arising in connection with the platform;
• Any interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of the platform due to maintenance, technical failure, force majeure events, or actions of third-party service providers including internet service providers in Pakistan;
• Any loss resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your pg999 login credentials;
• Outcomes of any game, sporting event, or other wagering market available on pg999;
• Any third-party content, products, or services linked to or accessible through the pg999 platform.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, pg999's total liability to you in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you to your pg999 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Account Suspension & Closure

pg999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, and to withhold or forfeit associated funds, under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request by pg999;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct;
• A chargeback initiated by the player through their payment provider following wagering activity;
• Discovery that the player is located in or is a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Discovery that the player is under the age of 21 at the time of registration or use;
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request directing pg999 to freeze, suspend, or close the Account.

In the event of Account closure due to player-initiated responsible gaming self-exclusion, any real-money balance (excluding Bonus funds) remaining in the Account at the time of closure will be refunded to the player's verified payment method following identity confirmation.

You may request voluntary closure of your Account at any time by contacting pg999 support. Voluntary closure does not accelerate the processing of any pending withdrawals or discharge any outstanding obligations you have to pg999 under these Terms.

14 Privacy & Data

pg999 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that Policy. Key points include:

• pg999 collects identity information (including CNIC data), contact details, payment information, and gameplay data for the purpose of operating the platform, complying with KYC/AML obligations, and improving user experience;
• pg999 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes;

15 Amendments to These Terms

16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising in connection with them or with your use of pg999 shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pg999 holds its gaming licence. Nothing in this clause limits pg999's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute between you and pg999, you should first attempt to resolve the matter by contacting pg999 support via live chat or by email at [email protected]. pg999 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes informally within 14 business days of receipt of a complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the pg999 licensing authority's dispute resolution framework. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
